An energetic and dynamic leader with extensive multidisciplinary experience, passion for driving organizational progress, and a deep understanding of the inner workings of organizations, he excels at translating high-level strategies into actionable plans and mobilizing teams toward positive, transformative outcomes. His expertise spans strategic, tactical, and operational functions, with a commitment to fostering collaboration, innovation, and holistic thinking.
Aaron has a diverse background in organizational transformation, having led initiatives in management consulting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration, corporate turnaround, cultural renewal, and process optimization. He also brings a robust understanding of enterprise intelligence, leveraging both data-driven analytics and human insights to inform strategy and guide organizations through the full business lifecycle. His experience ranges from working with startups and small-cap companies to middle-market firms and Fortune 500 enterprises, including venture capital and private equity-backed ventures.
Aaron holds an Executive Master of Organization Development (MOD) from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from The University of Akron, with minors in International Business and Entrepreneurship. He is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and is proficient in a wide range of business intelligence, finance, and enterprise software, supplemented with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
